Led a team of 40 professionals to accelerate the IT and enterprise transformation journey in digitalization, intelligent process automation, infrastructure, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance to support business expansion.

In 2021, Philip’s success in driving the IT and digital transformation at Sime Darby Motors China was recognized by the Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association with Best Retail Innovation Award. Sime Darby Motors China Profit Before Interest and Tax increased by 88.9%.

In 2022, Sime Darby Motors China’s overall IT team engagement score, evaluated by an external entity, progressed to the top within the Division worldwide.
